Overview: The Argument Extraction Corpus is directly related to the work done in Swanson, et. al. 2015. It includes annotations for argument quality on sentences extracted from the topics of gun control, gay marriage, evolution, and death penalty.

Data: The entire corpus of posts on the topics of gun control, gay marriage, evolution, and death penalty from which these sentences were extracted is built partially from posts already in the Internet Argument Corpus with the addition of new posts from createdebate.com. The entire ~109,000 posts on these topics are available in full.
